State of our roads

Local motorists have been experiencing many problems with potholes, including the damage and expense they cause to vehicles. The Shoreham Community Association continues to liaise with both the local and the state government in an effort to improve these conditions.

The Mornington Peninsula Shire Council has been advocating for is Balnarring Road, as well as the Frankston-Flinders/Mornington Flinders/ Mornington-Tyabb/Boneo/ Coolart / Bittern -Dromana Roads and the Mornington Peninsula Freeway. All of these roads are state roads and so outside the Shire’s jurisdiction. So what can we all do to rectify this situation?
